About to make the plunge or just made the plunge into starting your own business? Check out our favorite must have tools for a brand new business that will grow with you through all stages.

1) Make your business official and compliant - Free LLC filing, Incorporate, etc with IncFile.

Whether you know your new company's name and structure or not IncFile will get you started on the right track. IncFile has various levels that can help get your business legal and official no matter where you are in the process.

Need help picking out a name? Need legal contracts? Not sure what you need? This site is so helpful and most importantly efficient. They also send you reminders when various feel or annual registrations are due. Check them out here : https://www.incfile.com/how-it-works.

2) Quickbooks - Payroll, Cashflow, Taxes and other additional add ons to support business growth like HR, Workers Comp, Healthcare and more - all in one place! - Quickbooks - when you start a business monthly and quarterly tax forms and business taxes are due no matter what. You also have state forms and taxes as well. Depending on your state you might also need workers compensation insurance. Quickbooks can help with all of the above.

Quickbooks has many different levels and my favorite feature is that it integrates with just about any software service, bank etc. Quickbooks is constantly adding new services and in the last couple of years has added HR Resources and healthcare insurance as well. Quickbooks partnered with ehealth several years ago to help small businesses have access to more healthcare plans in an integrated setting. You can learn more about ehealth here.

Quickbooks also has bookkeeping outsourcing for when you get going but don't need to necessarily hire a full time person. This is a really great feature for small business to keep your books up to date without paying a heavy salary, you can use the Human Resources feature in the same way and when you're ready to hire your first employee it's all just so easy!

3) Build a website- Wix is by far the best! If you don’t have web design skills and need a professional website you can design during your lunch break. Check out Wix

We have tried them all and Wix is the easiest to use that produces the most professional results fast. They have a ton of additional features from chatbots to Ecommerce and everything in between to support a growing business.

4) Business insurance - is required more times than not and while it may feel like an unnecessary expense you should always protect yourself.
