Where Should I Post My Resume?

Updated: Feb 6, 2022

We're really liking Zip recruiter as one of the newer places to post your resume (not new but newer than Monster, career builder, indeed etc). Zip recruiter keeps the job seekers contact info locked allowing only the recruiter to see your experience, we unlock your contact info once we think you're a fit. You can also be invited to apply for jobs which is also really helpful to the job seeker. Check them out below:

If you want to be selective about who you respond to then we recommend indeed or Linkedin. Both of these services allow you to post with no contact info and only respond back to jobs you're interested in. Linkedin you can receive inmails and indeed is similar, basically they charge the recruiter or company for reaching out to you with the idea being less spam.

Linkedin also has a great feature with tons of classes to learn new skills, say the job you're learning for requires Excel, Adobe, AutoCAD, or even programming languages you can learn the skill on Linkedin and add the completed certificate to your Linkedin profile.
